Return Policy
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If
for any reason you're not
satisfied, simply return the
item within 30 days of receipt
for exchange (if available) or a
refund of the purchase price,
less a 15% restocking fee. The
original credit card used for
the purchase will be issued the
credit once processed.
Collision Parts Express.com
cannot issue credit for items
not returned within 30 days of
receipt.

Return procedure:

Email
CS@collisionpartsexpress.com
to request a Return
Materials Authorization (RMA)
number. (Without an RMA
number, our receiving
department will refuse your
return.)

The RMA number MUST be on
the return label and the box.

Customer Service will
provide you the shipping
address to send the returned
item. Returns must be sent
to the original shipping
warehouse location.

Refunds will be issued once
the parts are received,
inspected and processed.

Returned parts must be in
"as new" condition and
shipped in their original
package and shipping carton.
If the original shipping
carton is not available, the
part must be packaged
correctly to ensure safe
shipping. We cannot issue
credit for items that arrive
damaged or for items that
have been partially or fully
installed. Proper shipping,
and associated cost, is the
responsibility of the
customer.

The original invoice, or a
copy, must be included with
the item.
Credits to the original credit
card used for the purchase will
be immediately applied upon
inspection and processing of the
returned item(s) but may not
appear on your credit card
statement for one or two billing
cycles.
If you received an incorrect
part: Email our Customer Service
desk at
CS@collisionpartsexpress.com
to explain the problem, reorder
the correct part and get an RMA
for the first part.
Collision Parts Express.com will
ship the replacement part as
soon as possible freight paid.
Once the original part is
returned, undamaged and in its
original carton, you will be
credited for the full amount of
the original sale excluding
freight.
If you refuse a shipment:
Shipped items that are either
refused by the customer or in
the event continual delivery
attempts fail, will be returned
to Collision Parts Express.com and you will be
credited for the full amount of
the sale. Please allow 2 weeks
for a credit to be issued. It is
your responsibility to make
immediate and adequate
arrangements with the shipping
company to accept a shipment in
the event of a failed delivery.
Back Order Policy
Due to the high demand for some
of our more popular items, back
orders occasionally occur. If
one or more of your items are on
back order, you will not be
charged for those items until
they are shipped. Back ordered
items are kept open for 30 days.
After 30 days the item(s) on
back order will be cancelled, at
which time you may re-order.

We check our information very
carefully before updating our
web site; however, an occasional
error may occur. Therefore, we
reserve the right to correct any
inaccurate information including
pricing without notice.
